About the Owners & Hosts

Hi!  We are Doug & Heather from Prosper, TX and we live for vacationing and making memories with our family and friends!  When we discovered Broken Bow we were inspired to create a vacation destination, ie. Enchanted Creeks, where others could entertain family and friends and make priceless memories like we have.  Our time at the cabin has included some of the most precious and hilarious moments.  Whether it be sitting on the deck playing late night games, roasting S’mores around the campfire, hiking, or playing golf under the majestic pines, we’ve made timeless memories!

We’re recent “empty-nesters” and are enjoying our extra time together traveling, golfing, working on projects, and enjoying our cozy cabin.  Our two amazing kids are thriving in college, our oldest is at the University of Oklahoma (OU) and our youngest at the University of Arkansas.  We make frequent trips to Norman, OK and Fayetteville, AR to visit them on the weekends enjoying these quaint college towns with our kids. 

During your stay:  We co-host our cabin with Nick and Stacy at The Utmost Host and have ensured that our guests have the best service and everything they need prior to and during their stay.  We also provide a detailed Online Guidebook prior to your stay with all the details you’ll need to know on the home as well as a Local Area Resource Guide on things to do.  We hope that whether you’re coming up for a family vacation, a girls’ or guys’ trip, a retreat with friends, or to work remote in a stunning location, we can make your experience as fun and memorable as possible!
